"From start to finish Oni, Mary and the team have ensured we were taken care of. They were happy to provide assistance and answer all our queries at the start of the process, guiding us to collect as much information prior to screening as possible to ensure the most complete picture at that stage. There was only a short wait of a few weeks until the assessment itself, and we were well informed about what that would entail. Our son even had a letter from his assessor so he would know a little about who he was meeting for his assessment. Following issue of the report we had the opportunity to have a really useful feedback discussion with Oni where would ask our many questions and gain further insight into our son's needs. We still feel that the support is there if we needed anything further - the service goes far beyond simply assessing for autism which is fantastic!"
